Reflection On The Responsbility Ethics Of Human Gene Editing Technology

Human gene editing technology not only has great medical value,but also creates new options for preventing and treating diseases,and brings great economic benefits to people.However,when the human body becomes the research and application object of gene editing technology,it is still unable to effectively control the technical risk on the technical level.On the ethical level,gene editing has an impact on people’s traditional ethical thinking.In this context,this paper will start from Jonas’ ethical thought of responsibility,and discuss the ethical problems arising from the research and application of human gene editing technology,providing a deep philosophical and ethical basis for the analysis of ethical problems of human gene editing technology.This paper systematically reviews Jonas’ ethical thought of responsibility and the relevant theories and knowledge of human gene editing technology,and points out that the ethics of responsibility has theoretical and practical uniqueness in analyzing the ethical dilemma of human gene editing technology.The four core principles in Jonas’ s ethical thought of responsibility are: the first principle is "human existence",the second principle is "better survival",the third principle is "man is the purpose" and the fourth principle is "the acquisition of good".The ethical dilemma faced by human gene editing technology is the contradiction between the responsibility of "is" based on ontology and the responsibility of "should" required by the healthy development of human gene editing technology in the era of emerging technology,which challenges the core law of Jonas’ ethical thought of responsibility.Therefore,it is necessary to reflect on the ethical dilemma of human gene editing technology and take Jonas’ ethical responsibility thought as the theoretical guidance to respond with this thought and reconstruct the ethical responsibility suitable for the development of this technology,to build a bridge between the responsibility of "is" and the responsibility of "should",and provide theoretical guidance to solve the ethical dilemma of human gene editing technology.Human gene editing techniques of responsibility ethic construction need multilateral cooperation,responsibility ethics theory and the practice of the human gene editing techniques,from "the known responsibility" of the cultivation of the responsibility consciousness,"the responsibility system of public participation system and" synergy "inside and outside the responsibility of supervision mechanism in the construction of a complete build responsibility ethics of path,the negative impact of circumvention technology,so that human beings can truly enjoy the harmonious and benign development brought by the progress of human gene editing technology.
