Chinese theatre art is the treasure of Chinese culture,facing the impact of multi-culture,the traditional communication field of Chinese theatre culture has been unable to meet the needs of audiences;Exhibition has become the spiritual and cultural food increasingly needed by the public.How to use exhibition as a medium for better communication of Chinese theatre culture is a question worth exploring.In this paper investigates the field of the main communication space of Chinese theatre culture and makes an in-depth study of the similarities between Chinese theatre viewing and exhibition viewing.Narrative as the main line will be closely combined with the similarity,sums up the theme exhibition on Chinese theatre culture display narrative elements,function and mode,and according to seeing,hearing,touching,properties and characteristics of three kinds of consciousness in Chinese theatre cultural theme exhibition display design research,combined with the virtual digital technology,to Chinese theatre culture theme exhibition in the cultural spectacle;Finally,through literature study,practical research and interdisciplinary study methods to demonstrate,according to the research results to carry out the application and practice,to provide a reference for the Chinese theatre culture as the theme of the exhibition design.
