Research On Ethical Issues Of Basic Public Health Services Of Traditional Chinese Medicin

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been the treasure of Our country for five thousand years and has been occupying a unique position in our country.It has a unique dialectical method of diagnosis and treatment.Before TCM was incorporated into basic public health services,it had a long history of development.From the founding of the People’s Republic of China to today,the construction of TCM basic public health services has gone through more than half a century,from the establishment of TCM management institutions,to the formulation of TCM health care policies,and finally to the promotion of the pilot work of TCM basic public health services.In the process of globalization,TCM services have been incorporated into the primary health care system of some foreign countries as a kind of complementary medicine.Since TCM was incorporated into basic public health services in 2013,basic public health services have been transformed from the traditional single treatment model to an integrated prevention and treatment model.Through field research,the author found that TCM has been widely used in basic public health services,serving more and more people.While affirming the contribution of TCM basic public health service,it is also realized that there are some ethical problems in TCM basic public health service.For example,the relevant system of administrative service is not perfect,the implementation of medical association is not in place,and community residents do not pay enough attention to it.In the face of these ethical problems,the relevant institutions and personnel should actively follow the relevant ethical principles,mainly public disclosure,universal equality,benevolence,benevolence and specimen acquisition principle.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision function of administrative services,promote the formulation of the ethical standard system of TCM basic public health services,improve the system of medical and health related institutions and the professional ethics of medical staff,and enhance the awareness of service objects to value life.Only coalition government related department,medical associations,medical personnel and the area with residents,their respective responsibility jointly,to better promote the development of basic public health services of traditional Chinese medicine,promote and realize the equal basic public health services,in order to improve people’s attention to life and health,and to promote the healthy development of the society to provide the contemporary value.
