| Dunhuang frescoes are treasures of ancient Chinese and even world art.With the passage of time for thousands of years,the color and form of Dunhuang frescoes have changed a lot,which is caused by both time and destruction.However,the damage in form does not affect the aesthetic value of Dunhuang frescoes.On the contrary,with the polishing and polishing of history,dunhuang frescoes show new aesthetic value and inspire new vitality in the context of contemporary culture.The absence of picture composition and the incomplete fading of colors are in line with the western deconstruction concept,which is in line with the contemporary aesthetic orientation of openness,tolerance,freedom,love of nature and focus on the randomness of art.It is also closely related to the aesthetic orientation of traditional Chinese philosophy.With the continuous development of cultural industry,"Dunhuang fever" appears in people’s vision again,which provides necessary background and innovative challenge for the innovation of murals’ formal language in the new era.Nowadays,domestic contemporary art is in a globalized environment,so the traditional concept is bound to need some new vitality to stimulate.The purpose of this research is to continue the charm of ancient Chinese culture by copying the ancient frescoes,and also to make the beauty of Dunhuang frescoes for their own use and add color to their personal creation.On the one hand,this research combed the context of the aesthetic feeling of dunhuang frescoes,and found a clear basis for the reason why this aesthetic feeling is still charming in contemporary times.In addition,more importantly,I hope to find an expression method combining traditional painting elements with contemporary painting concepts,which can connect the past with the present,so as to find a sense of history and contemporary value in my personal works.The main body of this paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the analysis of the current situation and aesthetic feeling of Dunhuang frescoes,the second part is about the practice of the imitation of the ancient frescoes,and the third part is the creation practice after the imitation of the current situation.First understand the current situation and causes of the defects of Dunhuang frescoes,then analyze the theoretical basis behind this aesthetic orientation,and consider the combination with the current cultural context,and finally apply its essence to personal graduation creation. |
