The Matching Of Graphic Composition And Emotional Expression Of Colour In Screen Prints

This paper takes the creation process of the Ecological Series as the main line of discussion,and uses the relationship and state of coexistence between individuals and groups of fish in a specific water environment to reorganise the graphic patterns and the way the screen prints are made in succession,in order to explain the state of existence and expression of all-round and multiple water areas,in order to achieve the long-cherished wish of paying attention to environmental improvement and creating a harmonious space.At the same time,the organic relationship between individual and group,ecology and environment is discussed,and the concept of creation is put into practice through the various variations in the graphic composition of the screen prints,expressing the author’s inner feelings.The thesis is divided into four chapters,with the central focus of the thesis being the expression of the artist’s emotions in the creation of screen prints,and the exploration of how screen prints can express the author’s emotions and the humanistic concern for the harmonious development of the ecological environment.The first chapter is devoted to the creative genesis and pictorial composition of the works,and analyses the close relationship between the conceptual origin of the works and the framing factors of the images,and reveals the thematic connotations of the works through typical case studies.The second chapter is about colour emotion and symbolism.In the third chapter,on the basis of the analysis of typical case studies,we analyse the graphic connotation and the characteristics of the colour overlay of the works by combining the expression of the same fish tank in different shades of water with the expression of the different forms and survival states of fish in different waters.In the fourth chapter,the pictorial reconstruction and ecological imprint of the Ecological Series,the overall combination of rivers,lakes,seas,springs and ponds and the different forms of fish in the fish tank are presented,and the different connotations of the work are elaborated.The screen prints of the Ecological Series,created in a way that fits the graphic composition of the work and the emotional expression of colour,are then shown to provoke deeper reflection on the ecological situation in different environments and the expectation of ecological conservation.
