Research On Character Image Shaping Of TV Character Feature Films From The Perspective Of Semiotics

The concept of TV feature film emphasizes that in the process of social development,we should pursue the social value of history and existence,and highly respect and reveal the development of human nature and social reality.With the continuous development of society and the deepening of creative research,the topic selection of TV feature films is constantly inclined to characters,which has more humanistic care and humanistic value.As an important part of TV feature films,the TV feature films mainly focus on people’s life,emotion,realistic state and thoughts and emotions,and their creation theories and methods mostly come from the creation research of feature documentaries.The research on the characterization of TV feature films still needs to be deepened.Since the establishment of semiotics in 1960 s,it has gone beyond the scope of linguistic research and become the methodology of various disciplines of liberal arts.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and create TV feature films by using semiotics theory,which is of great significance to the construction of characters and the expression of the theme of feature films.On the basis of semiotics theory,this paper conducts theoretical research on the characterization of TV feature films,and completes the practical creation of the graduation work“Struggle for Lanling People”.First of all,through accompanying text analysis,accurately grasp the theme requirements and establish the types of characters.Secondly,based on the theory of semiotics,from the perspective of symbol construction,this paper explores the audio-visual symbol construction methods to strengthen the characterization and enrich the characters.Thirdly,analyze the multiple factors that influence the characterization,analyze the biaxial relationship and deepen the theme connotation.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the author thinks deeply about the creation of TV feature films and the shaping of characters,and puts forward some opinions.It is found that using semiotics as the starting point of research can not only enrich the expressive force and diversified characteristics of TV feature films,but also promote cultural development and profoundly reveal the theme,so as to better return to the creative characteristics.The research and creation of TV character feature films based on semiotics can deepen the understanding of the function mechanism of symbols,so as to grasp the theme of the works more accurately,deepen the understanding of characters and their social relations,pay attention to the authenticity and humanity of characters,and return to the creative standard and initial heart.
