Research On The Expressive Function And Trend Of Duet Work

In this master’s thesis,"contemporary duet dance" is taken as the coordinate of concern,focusing on the analysis of the recent five "Lotus Prize" duet winning works.Based on the contemporary Chinese pas de deux works,this paper summarizes their works from three aspects: unique expressive techniques,dance content and expressive relations.This paper,with the theme of "Exploring the contemporary works of duet",is divided into four parts.First,it classifies and explores the duet winning works of the recent five "Lotus Prize" and analyzes the creative orientation dynamics of the recent five "Lotus Prize" duet works.Second,the author analyzes the ideographic function of the double dance,and expounds the key functions of the dance type in "narration" and "affection" from the perspectives of the characters’ images,emotions and dramatic plots.Thirdly,the ideographic trend analysis of the creation of the duet in the last five "Lotus Prize" is carried out from the perspectives of character relationship,character image,drama structure and narrative space and time.Finally,the paper summarizes the ideographic spirit appeal of contemporary Chinese duet from three directions of compatibility,artistry and development.As an extremely important part of the Chinese dance evaluation and incentive system,"Lotus Prize" embodies the creation level of Chinese dance and is of great significance to the development of contemporary Chinese duet dance.Therefore,this paper chooses the duet winning works of "Lotus Prize" as the research object,and summarizes their works from the unique expression techniques,dance content and expression relations,so as to have a more comprehensive understanding of the creation characteristics of contemporary Chinese duet and have a positive influence on the creation of the future duet.
