| A bamboo flute concerto called Hui Liu was created by Yu Xunfa and Qu Chunquan from 1979 to 1980.This work plays an important role in the creation history of Chinese bamboo flute concerto and is of great research value.The whole song is carried out around five subtitles: cascading waterfall,spectacular mountains and rivers,dripping into springs,singing birds and fragrant flowers,and river of no return.Its creation uses the triplex form of the western musical structure,very groundbreaking in the early 1980 s.The author analyzes the form structure,tonality and various musical images of the whole song one by one,and explores its connotation of humanistic spirit,that is,Yu Xunfa’s unique understanding of the relationship between man and nature and the broad mind of accepting all kinds of rivers.From the author’s own performance practice,I summed up the technical experience of playing “Hui Liu”.This song is one of Yu Xunfa’s representative works and is worthy of our in-depth exploration. |
