Study On The Development Of World Dance Sport Competition Rules And Its Impact On Technology Development

Dancesport has gradually evolved from an entertainment performance project into a competitive and artistic sport.With the continuous development of dancesport in the world,dancesport competitions also accompany it.Founded in1904,the Royal Dance Association has continuously developed and improved the rules of sports dance competition by continuously sorting out the technical action points of the posture,footwork and cooperation of dance partners,so that the sports dance is gradually accepted by the people of the world.The rules of the sports dance competition not only stipulate that the players and the referees participate in the competition in accordance with the unified requirements,but also reflect the technical improvement of the sports dance project,the innovation of the training methods and the development of the project itself.Using the literature method,comparative analysis method,interview method and video analysis method,this paper analyzes and compares the contents of the rules of the sports dance competition before WDSF2008,2008,2012,2013,2018,and discusses the reasons for the evolution of the competition rules in four stages,in order to better explore the characteristics of the rules and bring a series of effects on the evolution of the competition rules to the players and the events.Therefore,the evolution process of the competition rules of the World Dance Sport Federation from the embryonic stage to the standardization stage is summarized,which provides valuable theoretical and practical basis for dance Sport players,coaches and researchers,and comprehensively promotes the steady development of sports dance in China.The research conclusions are as follows:1.the scoring method is more comprehensive,fair and objective.Through the study of the evolution of the competition rules in the four periods of the World Dance Sport Federation,the sports dance events are constantly improved,standardized and fair,and the scoring rules are also constantly improved,contributing to the development of the sports dance events.2.Put more emphasis on the combination of technology and art.World sports dance federation in the latest scoring content of sports dance technology evaluation elements,is no longer a single investigation players dance artistic or competitive,but to achieve the combination of comprehensive technical ability,in the dance movement,but also show excellent artistic expression,to reflect the characteristics of the technical style.3.The scoring system is more scientific and objective.After 2013,the judges no longer use the rank method to directly rank the contestants,but give a10-point score for the performance of the contestants in the four scoring elements,including technical quality,action and music,double coordination,choreography and performance,and all have corresponding reference standards.4.The technical difficulty of sports dance is increased.As the scoring elements of the World Dance Sport Federation in the rules of sports dance competition gradually decrease,its evaluation criteria are gradually clear and detailed.In 2008,there were only four indicators of technical quality in the rules of sports dance competition,which increased to 6 from 2008 to 2012.After 2013,the evaluation criteria of technical quality were increased to 12 Latin dance and modern dance,which shows that the technical quality requirements of players are more comprehensive and higher.5.The basic technology and the technical requirements of the players are higher.The change of WDSF sports dance scoring system has some influence on the use and completion of skilled dance steps and double coordination in the contestants’ technical movements.Rules have strict requirements for the players’ double coordination movements,such as: double body movement guidance,form of guidance,allowed guidance and so on.In the competition,the communication between the two without physical contact,the space position of the two,left and right,the weight technology,comfort and reasonable effectiveness of the coordination technology,etc.,increases the technical difficulty of the double cooperation in many aspects,and requires the comprehensive quality of the players.
