Anna Mlasowsky was born in East Germany and holds a bachelor’s degree in glass from the Royal Danish Academy and a master’s degree in sculpture from the University of Washington.The special life and growth experience makes Anna Mlasovsky’s artistic creations often show anecdotal avant-garde and experimentation.As a very representative line of emerging development forces,Anna Mlasovsky In the field of contemporary glass art,SK has a unique style and an influence that cannot be ignored.She alternates between exploring geography,culture and gender identity,her experience as a woman,and the emotional trauma she has experienced due to the past time.Among them,thinking about the "border" that has been mentioned repeatedly has become her use of glass.The original intention of this material that "wanders" back and forth between solids,liquids,indomitable,firm but unstable fragility.As an art medium that constantly swings between physical extremes,glass is an extension of her self,a desire for a freely flowing human environment,and a hope for a society that can accept multiple realities.This article will focus on Anna Mlasovsky and her series of glass art creation,including an introduction and four chapters,from the formation of Anna Mlasovsky’s glass artistic characteristics,experimental research,creation core,and my own based on the enlightenment of the author,we will conduct integrated research,and plan to analyze the artistic philosophies contained therein,and provide new enlightenment and ideas for the innovation and development of contemporary glass art.
