This paper focuses on the analysis of "Qinggong" in Chen Hongshou’s paintings. Some scholars inject their thoughts and feelings into "Qinggong",transform the items originally used for sacrifice and worship into items with more profound ideological connotation, and enter the picture through the depiction of painters of previous dynasties.Chen Hongshou is in an era of turbulence. He has no way to serve the country and is full of regret. He can only place his emotions on things. In his paintings,he depicts many "clear Confessions" to express his mood.By collecting the paintings on the theme of "Qing Gong" in Chen Hongshou’s paintings,it is found that on the one hand,Chen Hongshou takes "Qing Gong" as the object of the picture to set off the activities of the characters in the picture, create an atmosphere and increase the story of the picture,so as to express his own thoughts; On the other hand,"Qinggong" is also described separately as the main body of the picture, which has the meaning of good wishes for life.In the selection of flower utensils and flowers,it is influenced by the thoughts of scholars and has more moral meanings. With the method of reusing pictures as examples, this paper analyzes the painting characteristics of "Qinggong" from the composition, modeling, pen and ink and picture breath of Chen Hongshou’s picture, and comes to the conclusion that Chen Hongshou arranges the elements of "Qinggong" in different positions of the picture,so as to create different picture situations, and use "Qinggong" to express his thoughts and feelings. In the aspect of "form",it depicts the "Qinggong" element in the picture with its exaggerated and deformed shape, expresses a strong personality, and presents an elegant and color.Chen Hongshou’s brush and ink have traces of learning from his predecessors, reflecting the profound skill of "bone technique pen".The "charm" presented in the picture also reveals the ancient meaning everywhere, and creates his own painting language through his own understanding. In the process of analyzing Chen Hongshou’s paintings,it is found that his paintings are inseparable from the theoretical support of Xie He’s "six dharmas".Chen Hongshou’s paintings not only have their unique aesthetic significance, but also contain the painter’s own thoughts. His unique personal style injected vitality into the painting world in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties, but also have a far-reaching impact on many painters in later generations.
