Exploration Of Metal Weaving In Jewelry Design

The essence of weaving is a structuring process from line to space,the complete expression of which lies in the modeling transition of weaving from plane to its three-dimensional display.In this paper,metal weaving techniques are continuously explored from two-dimensional to three-dimensional perspective.Through case analysis of paintings,fiber arts,and metal weaving works,the paper studies the specific performance and characteristics of weaving in each process and explores the factors that influence the rendering of each process.Therefore,the exploration of metal weaving in this paper does not solely eye traditional weaving crafts,but attempts to deviate from the conventional framework and emphasize the structuring process of from line to space of metal weaving.This paper takes the structuring of metal weaving from line to space as a clue and attempts to interprets metal weaving from new angles.Through interconnections between and the advancement of various parts,the paper explores the complete process of weaving turning from virtual to real and from line to space in jewelry design.The author will apply the research results generated in this process to artistic creations.The final work,with jewelry as the medium,combining metal etching lines,metal wire lines and metal three-dimensional weaving,will present the complete structuring process of weaving lines and them a higher artistic value.
