| At present,the number of visually impaired people in China is about17.31 million,which is the largest number of visually impaired people in the world,and there is a trend of increasing number and youthfulness,so the demand for the construction of museums for the visually impaired is gradually highlighted,and for a long time,art education for visually impaired people is in a state of absence.Most of the existing art exhibitions and education in China are mainly visual,with a high reliance on visuals,and strictly follow the principle of "no touching".In recent years,online exhibitions have been greatly promoted,and it has become more and more inconvenient for the visually impaired to experience art,which makes people think about where the future of "viewing" for the visually impaired is.The article focuses on the three core issues of "why to establish a museum for the visually impaired,how to establish a functional museum for the visually impaired,and the value and significance of establishing a museum for the visually impaired",with a focus on art.Combined with relevant literature and research,we propose corresponding strategies to solve existing problems,help clarify the relationship between museums and visually impaired people,sort out the main ways for visually impaired people to perceive art,help build a bridge between visually impaired people and museums,let visually impaired people enjoy the same art education and museum services as early as possible,and hope that museums can better It is also expected that museums can better serve different types of people.This paper argues that the construction of museums for the visually impaired,art galleries for the visually impaired or additional sections of museums for the visually impaired is necessary,and the cultural policies,development goals and development prospects of Zhejiang provide the soil for the development of the possibility of building museums for the visually impaired.This paper calls for the construction of museums for the visually impaired or the addition of permanent exhibition areas for the visually impaired,and the formation and improvement of their own systems and structures,and the acceleration of research on cultural experiences for the visually impaired,in the hope that when the world’s museum powerhouse is basically built in 2035,there will also be qualitative improvement in culture,education,and services for the visually impaired and other disadvantaged groups. |
