| Educational practice has a significant impact on the cultivation and employment of MTCSOL.As an indispensable link in the cultivation of professional masters,educational practice has attracted the attention of scholars and educational practitioners.Influenced by COVID-19,the education practice of MTCSOL has been in great difficulty.Under this background,the policy of "low age" of non-native Chinese learners and the policy that MTCSOL can exempt from primary school teachers’ qualification are sure to give him opportunities for primary school education and internship and employment.Colleges and universities have also begun to actively explore the training path of educational practice in domestic primary and secondary schools for MTCSOL.There is little academic research on the specific situation of educational practice in domestic primary and secondary schools for MTCSOL.Therefore,this paper will focus on the educational practice life of MTCSOL,explore what difficulties they encounter in educational practice and how to overcome those problems,and put forward suggestions to promote MTCSOL to improve their adaptability to educational practice in domestic primary and secondary schools.This paper mainly adopts the narrative research method,and through the coding of first-hand information,the narrative themes of the three stages before,during and after the internship are determined,and concludes that the educational internships of MTCSOL in primary and secondary schools in China have the following characteristics:(1)complex practice qualification acquisition;(2)high self-efficacy;(3)very different imagination and reality.During the practice process,MTCSOL survived on the following problems:(1)there were deficiencies in the professional qualities of teachers in terms of professional affection,teaching design ability and classroom teaching ability;(2)lack of understanding of campus interpersonal experience.In view of these problems,the author combines the opinions and suggestions of academic experts,and puts forward several suggestions for the education of MTCSOL in domestic primary and secondary schools from the four perspectives of MTCSOL,training units,internship units and discipline construction-from the perspective of MTCSOL:(1)establish a sense of professional development;(2)actively seek practical opportunities;(3)prepare for internship.From the perspective of the training unit:(1)Create emotional experience situation of teachers’ morality;(2)Implement the practice oriented curriculum;(3)Reconstruct the implementation of the educational practice program for MTCSOL.From the perspective of the practice unit: standardize the internship management system,and appropriately arrange and guide the internship of MTCSOL according to their own needs.From the perspective of discipline construction:(1)increase the training requirements for MTCSOL;(2)expand the scope of Internship Goals for MTCSOL. |
