revitalization of the opinions of the modernization of rural areas to speed up the agriculture,file explicitly pointed out that among rural revitalization is not only to policy support,at the same time to develop rural economy,to develop rural culture,rural culture revitalization is the country revitalization of casting the soul of the project,but also an important guarantee of rural revitalization.Throughout history,in ancient China,the Yellow River basin and its surroundings have always been the center and center of economic and political gravity.Therefore,in the new era,under the background of vigorously promoting and protecting culture in the new era,it is urgent to protect,inherit and carry forward the culture in the Yellow River Basin.Promoting local culture and inheriting local handicrafts is an important factor to promote rural revitalization.Protecting rural culture is not only an important move to promote rural revitalization,but also to conform to people’s yearning for a better life."Cultural revitalization" should do a good job in "spring breeze".The dissemination of culture is inseparable from media carriers.In the new wave of media convergence,short video apps such as "Tik Tok" and "Kuai shou" have risen rapidly,providing new carriers for the dissemination and production of local culture.Short video APP provides a large stage for the presentation of rural culture,which has become an important link between urban culture and rural culture,traditional culture and modern culture.On the new media platforms represented by short video and live broadcast,the communication of intangible cultural heritage shows an unprecedented trend of development.Among them,local craft,as the most characteristic,the most vibrant and creative part,has attracted much attention.In this paper,the author will focus on the production and dissemination of short local craft videos in counties along the Yellow River in Province,trying to explore a new way for the recording and dissemination of traditional local craft culture facing crisis through production,practice,analysis and sorting.This paper is divided into three parts,namely the introduction part,the text part and the conclusion part.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the research significance,research background,research methods and research contents of this paper one by one.The second part is the main content of the paper.There are four chapters in this part.The first chapter is an overview of short video content of local craft in Province.In this chapter,it mainly introduces the local handicrafts of the four counties along The Yellow County of province,so that the audience can have a better understanding of the local handicrafts.The second chapter is about the making method of short videos of local craft in Cities and villages around the Yellow River.By recording the making and method innovation of short videos of local craft,it provides technical reference for the subsequent inheritors to shoot handicrafts.The third chapter is the communication strategy of short videos of local crafts in Province along Huang County.The emphasis of this chapter is to sort out the communication method of short videos of local crafts based on the communication characteristics of short videos.Chapter iv county rural process short for
