With the development of society,adolescent non-suicidal self-injury have increased,and in recent years,non-suicidal self-injury have also received more attention from the public such as home schools,and non-suicidal self-injury are closely related to suicidal behaviors.Adolescence is the peak period of non-suicidal self-injury.And adolescent non-suicidal self-injury can damage adolescents’ physical and mental health.Studies have shown that family relationships,interpersonal relationships,loneliness,and depression are all related to non-suicidal self-injury.The main purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors of adolescents’ non-suicidal self-injury,as well as the age and gender characteristics of adolescents’ non-suicidal self-injury;The effect of loneliness and depression on non-suicidal self-injury.On the basis of the research results,a group intervention plan is proposed,hoping to reduce the occurrence of adolescent non-suicidal self-injury through intervention.Subjects and process: This research subjects were adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury and ordinary adolescents without non-suicidal self-injury in a tertiary hospital in Xi’an,aged 12-18 years.A self-inflicted act.The family Intimacy and Adaptability Scale,Adolescent Peer Relationship Scale,UCLA Loneliness Scale,Depression Self-Rating Scale,and Adolescent Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Behavior Rating Questionnaire were used for survey and evaluation.Findings:(1)In the survey of adolescent self-injury groups,the number of girls is significantly higher than that of boys;in the survey,the grades with the most self-injury groups are from the second to the first year of high school;The way is to deliberately pinch and scratch oneself;the main reason for self-injury is to relieve sadness,anxiety and pressure,and to calm down.(2)There were significant differences in family relationship,peer relationship,loneliness and depression in non-suicidal self-injury.Adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury have poorer family and peer relationships than those without non-suicidal self-injury.Adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury have higher loneliness and depression than those without non-suicidal self-injury.(3)Family relationships significantly predicted loneliness,and peer relationships significantly predicted loneliness.(4)Depression played a mediating role between loneliness and non-suicidal self-injury.(5)Loneliness and depression play a chain mediating role between peer relationship and non-suicidal self-injury;loneliness and depression play a chain mediating role between family relationship and non-suicidal self-injury.
