| Scientific research integrity is an important cornerstone of scientific and technological progress and scientific and technological innovation.However,the problem of academic misconduct is still banned repeatedly.Therefore,the Chinese government and relevant academic institutions also attach great importance to it and have issued a large number of normative documents.In addition to laws and regulations and other restrictive measures,the self-discipline of scientific and technological researchers is also very important.Starting from the self-discipline of scientific and technological researchers,this paper believes that one of the reasons for the above phenomenon is that the knowledge,emotion,intention and behavior of scientific and technological researchers have not reached unity.Among them,"emotion" plays an important role in promoting the transformation from "knowledge" to "meaning" and "action".At present,the specific countermeasures for the self-discipline of scientific and technological researchers are mainly reflected in the moral training,which mainly depends on the school’s moral education curriculum and academic autonomy.Facing the current changing world,some scientific and technological researchers can not strictly abide by the moral bottom line and make self-discipline behavior.One of the reasons is the lack of self-discipline motivation,or the lack of moral emotion in the process of moral education curriculum and academic autonomy.As before,the Moral Cultivation Countermeasures that only advocate rationality and abide by norms need to be reformed urgently,and the missing emotionalism should be integrated into it.Based on the problem of self-discipline,this paper analyzes the possibility of virtue ethics to solve the lack of self-discipline power,and selects the perspective of Slote’s emotionalism theory.Then it discusses the function of Slote’s empathy theory as the moral basis,moral motivation and practical path of self-discipline,and believes that Slote’s empathy theory can provide theoretical support for the moral cultivation of self-discipline of scientific and technological researchers.As the application of this theory in practice,this paper puts forward some suggestions on "creating an atmosphere of empathy,advocating moderate self-concern,and the integration of virtue and virtue".According to Slote’s empathy theory,respecting and arousing the emotion of scientific and technological researchers is conducive to the independent construction of scientific and technological researchers’ morality and promote the internal transformation of scientific and technological researchers’ informed will and behavior.However,it should be recognized that empathy theory only discusses the possibility of emotion as the basis of moral cultivation,and is only one of the emotional paths to promote the self-discipline of scientific and technological researchers.There are theoretical and practical limitations to the realization of the self-discipline of scientific researchers.Therefore,the theoretical analysis of this paper only provides a perspective that can overcome the problem of academic misconduct,in order to provide some suggestions for the self-discipline of scientific and technological researchers. |
