Research On Anti Epidemic Hero Report Of People’s Daily Media Matrix From The Perspective Of Media Convergence

Hero reports are common typical character reports.Media reports on heroes play an important role in transmitting social positive energy and carrying forward social mainstream values.In the past two years,a large number of anti epidemic heroes have sprung up in the fight against New Coronavirus pneumonia.Reports from various levels of the media on the heroic deeds of the epidemic have become a highlight in the "war" epidemic report.Especially in the context of promoting the deep integration of media by the state,the "war" and epidemic reporting of mainstream media through the new media matrix has attracted academic attention.According to the evaluation report on the network communication effect of mainstream media war and epidemic reporting in 2020 by CTR Media Integration Research Institute,among the central media except radio and television institutions,the network communication effect of people’s daily ranks first in the central media newspaper industry,and its media matrix has played a great role.In view of this,this paper takes the media integration as the perspective,takes the people’s daily media matrix’s report on the anti epidemic heroes as the research object,studies the report content through the content analysis method and text analysis method,and discusses the characteristics and significance of the media matrix hero report.In order to provide reference for mainstream media to give full play to the advantages of media integration and enhance the communication effect when reporting heroes in the new era in the future.It is found that the coverage of the anti-epidemic heroes by each media in the media matrix of People’s Daily presents the following characteristics: the number of reports by each media in the matrix is different,but the overall number of changes resonates at the same frequency;the presentation dimensions are complementary;the reporting forms are diverse through the combination of audiovisual elements,and the reporting discourse has an intimate body.The multi-platform sharing of information broadens the communication channels,the audiovisual elements of the whole media dig out the details of the characters to enhance the infectiousness of the reports,and the optimized expressions pull in the distance with the audience to strengthen the communication power and influence,which plays the role of optimizing the communication content,broadening the communication channels and forming the scale effect and has the significance of leading the mainstream social values.The above experience can provide a reference for other media to report heroic figures in the development of media integration.However,other media should also pay attention to the avoidance of problems such as seeking quantity rather than quality through media matrix reporting,and distortion of information due to over-familiarization of characters.As one of the representative groups of heroes in the new era,the spirit of anti epidemic heroes is always worth carrying forward.People’s Daily’s anti epidemic hero report using media matrix has certain enlightenment significance for other media heroes to improve the communication effect.
