| The Romanticism of the nineteenth century was a very important stage in the history of Western music,and the German composer and music critic Robert Shumann(1810-1856)was one of the most important representatives of this period.He composed a large number of piano music,art songs,orchestral music and chamber music.His writing style,on the basis of inheriting the tradition,was full of innovation and development in terms of harmony,melody,rhythm,piano accompaniment,etc.This article mainly studies Schumann’s songs cycle,Frauenliebe und Leben,is a classic of his Year of Songs,in which the unique stylistic features of his artistic songwriting are most vividly revealed.The whole structure of the paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter is "Life and Creation",from the composer’s social background,family background,art career and his art song creation two aspects to study,so as to more comprehensively understand the reasons for the formation of Schumann’s own music personality.The second chapter "Style Characteristics Study",starting with the origin and creation background of the cycle,and then will focus on the analysis of the ensemble music itself,from the form structure,mode tone,harmony,melody,rhythm,speed and other aspects,summed up the creation style of Schumann’s art songs.The third chapter "Piano Accompaniment Analysis",from the perspective of piano accompaniment,to analyze the weaving body,and summarize its characteristics,more fully show the artistic style of Schumann’s songs cycle. |
