| From the perspective of poverty governance, absolute poverty has been eliminated with the continuous evolution of poverty alleviation in China. In the context of the new era,in order to achieve a smooth transition from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,it is necessary to rely on the unique intangible cultural heritage resources in rural areas and bring the endogenous and innovative poverty alleviation work based on the intangible cultural heritage industry into the key areas of work.Based on this, according to the new actor logic in the Actor Network theory, this paper takes the intangible cultural heritage poverty alleviation case in Yuxian County as the starting point, summarizes the various subjects involved in the process of poverty alleviation of Intangible cultural heritage in Yuxian County, and builds the analysis framework of poverty alleviation cooperation network of intangible cultural heritage. This paper adopts the method of case analysis, questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to discuss the influencing factors of Yuxian residents participating in the intangible cultural heritage poverty alleviation cooperation network, and the current situation and existing problems of multiple actors participating in the intangible cultural heritage poverty alleviation cooperation network. From the empirical research results,it can be seen that the behavioral attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavior control of residents have a positive effect on the intention to participate in the intangible cultural heritage support cooperation network, and residents’ intention to participate in the network has a positive effect on their actual behavior. From the interview results,it can be seen that the cooperation network for poverty alleviation of intangible cultural heritage is booming, government departments play a leading role in planning as the core actors, and non-inheritors of intangible cultural heritage enterprises,Non-Governmental organizations and universities are actively participating. However,at the same time, attention should also be paid to the problems in the development process of the cooperation network for poverty alleviation of intangible cultural heritage, such as unclear industrial positioning, product homogeneity, loose management of non-governmental organizations, inadequate utilization of practical teaching resources, and lack of rights protection and cooperation consciousness of non-inheritors.This paper introduces the development process of intangible cultural heritage poverty alleviation into the research paradigm of actor network structure for analysis, and studies the connection, cooperation and strategic activities among actors based on the translation process of actor network.Specifically, first, core actors are required to analyze the current problem definition and solution path, and find the mandatory access point OPP in the process of problem presentation.Second,it is necessary to form interest alliance in the process of benefit entrusting from the value system of each actor.Third,it is necessary to divide the roles in the process of recruitment through diversified negotiations and strategic activities. Finally,in the mobilization stage, core actors need to organize actors more efficiently and with high quality on the basis of clear division of roles among actors, and finally complete the construction process of interest alliance. Finally, from the perspective of the cooperative relationship between actors, this paper provides countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of the characteristic path of intangible cultural heritage poverty alleviation from the perspectives of culture, talent, industry and organization, and builds an endogenous intangible cultural heritage poverty alleviation mechanism.Through intangible cultural heritage poverty alleviation,we strive to improve the intelligent scientific and educational quality and employment skills of rural people, enhance the self-development ability of poverty-stricken areas, and promote regional endogenous economic development. |
