Research On Effect Of Cultural Industry On Poverty Reduction Under The Background Of Relative Poverty

Relative poverty is a complex and comprehensive social and economic phenomenon under the interaction of multiple factors.Cultural industry has both social and economic attributes and advantages.It is an effective path and choice to consolidate the achievements of poverty eradication and to solve the problem of relative poverty governance.A systematic study of the poverty alleviation effect of Chinese cultural industry can provide important theoretical basis and policy guidance for poverty governance.This thesis makes an in-depth study on the poverty reduction effect of cultural industry.Firstly,based on cultural economics and anti-poverty theory,this thesis comprehensively analyzes the current situation of poverty in China,points out the difficulties of relative poverty governance,and summarizes the shortcomings in the process of poverty reduction combined with the poverty reduction effect of cultural industry.Secondly,based on the dual attributes and poverty reduction function of cultural industry,this thesis deeply discusses the poverty reduction mechanism and model of cultural industry,and analyzes its internal poverty reduction logic.Finally,based on the measurement results of the level of cultural industry in31 regions of China from 2013 to 2020 by entropy method,this thesis constructs a panel data model to study the poverty reduction effect,and establishes an intermediary test model to verify the existence of indirect poverty reduction mechanism.The results show that:(1)the development level of China’s cultural industry shows a rising trend,but there are obvious differences in the development level of various regions.The difference in the development level of cultural industry between developed cities in the east and backward areas in the west is widening year by year.(2)Cultural industry can effectively improve the disposable income of rural residents and significantly reduce the incidence of poverty.(3)Cultural industry can indirectly reduce poverty by improving the level of economic development and narrowing the income distribution gap.(4)The poverty reduction effect of cultural industry has regional differences,and its effect on poverty reduction in the western region is the most obvious.According to the research conclusion,this thesis comprehensively considers the poverty reduction status of cultural industry,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.It is clearly pointed out that we should integrate the advantages of regional resources,pay close attention to the accurate planning of projects,improve the risk prevention and control mechanism and interest connection mechanism,take into account economic and social values,and implement the differentiated development strategy.It is hoped that the cultural industry can make up for its shortcomings,improve quality and efficiency,and better play a positive role in the process of controlling relative poverty.
