Research On The Building Of A Cultural Power From The Perspective Of Historical Materialism

A prosperous and prosperous culture is the support and guidance of a strong country and a strong nation,and a culturally strong country is an important connotation of a powerful modern socialist country.Since the Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to build a socialist cultural power,especially since the Eighteenth National Congress,my country has made remarkable achievements in building a cultural power.However,from the perspective of historical materialism,there are still many deep-seated problems,mainly including the impact of mainstream culture and its products as the main players in the market,the internal split and external penetration of mainstream ideology,and the inheritance of excellent traditional culture and revolutionary culture.It needs to be deepened,the people’s character of cultural products needs to be more prominent,the national character of cultural achievements is insufficiently displayed,and the ability and effect of mainstream culture to internationalize are not good enough.These problems have their deep roots,and cannot be solved only by reforming the cultural system,increasing the number of cultural practitioners,expanding the scale of the cultural industry,and increasing the value of cultural output.On the basis of the law of formation and development,scientific solutions can be proposed.Secondly,according to China’s history and reality,and according to the historical materialism,the vision of the goal of a cultural power at least includes that the mainstream culture has strong vitality,the mainstream culture has a strong driving force,the mainstream ideology is generally recognized,the people have a high degree of cultural self-confidence,and the Chinese culture It has a wide range of international influence,cultural undertakings and cultural industry prosperity and other closely related aspects.Thirdly,in order to solve the deep-seated problems faced by the construction of a culturally powerful country and realize the grand goal of building a culturally powerful country,we should explore the idea of building a culturally powerful country based on the five dimensions of historical materialism.The first is to carry out the construction of cultural vitality based on the decisive role of production methods on cultural generation,and to clarify that cultural vitality comes from production practices and social activities that conform to the laws of historical development and the needs of the people’s interests.Only through the nurturing of advanced socialist culture,the regeneration of Chinese excellent traditional culture,the rebirth of revolutionary culture,and the absorption of foreign excellent cultural factors,can a mainstream culture with strong vitality be created.The second is to carry out the construction of cultural advancement based on "scientific ideology",including exposing the falsity of anti-Marxist ideology,drawing lessons from the construction of socialist ideology,and adhering to the truth and value of mainstream ideology and its Unite.The third is to promote the construction of cultural initiative based on the relative independence of culture,give full play to the dynamic role and self-revolutionary spirit of advanced culture and mainstream ideology,and stop the production methods and social life that violate the standards of productivity and the interests of the people.Maintain the foundation of mainstream culture and ensure the authenticity and scientificity of mainstream ideology.The fourth is to carry out the construction of cultural people’s character based on the principle that the people create history,not only to meet the people’s spiritual and cultural needs and basic cultural rights and interests,but also to realize the people’s supervision of cultural people’s character.Fifth,based on the world history theory and the dialectical relationship between the particularity and universality of culture,carry out the construction of cultural nationality,establish the status and image of Chinese mainstream culture in the international society,and realize the strong international appeal,influence and leadership of Chinese culture force.
