New China Creates A Miracle Of Rapid Economic Development Research On Historical Experience (1949-2019)

Since the founding of New China more than 70 years ago,the CPC has led the people to create a miracle of rapid economic development that is rare in the world.The creation of the miracle of China’s rapid economic development has gone through three historical stages,namely the rapid economic development stage 30 years after the founding of New China(1949-1978),the rapid economic take-off stage in the new era of reform and opening up and socialist modernization(1978-2012),and the medium and high speed economic development stage in the new era(2012-2019).In the 30 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China has established an independent and relatively complete industrial system and national economic system,and its economic development rate is among the world’s top.In the new period of reform and opening up,China’s economy has maintained a growth rate of more than 10%and achieved economic take-off.The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China marks the beginning of a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In this new era,China is still one of the countries with the fastest economic development in the world.With the above three historical stages as the research background,this paper uses the literature research method to collect,identify and analyze relevant papers,monographs and other academic achievements related to China’s economic miracle from CNKI,the official website of the National Bureau of Statistics of China and other databases,so as to provide an effective basis for this paper’s research,and systematically sort out the historical process of China’s rapid economic development miracle creation in the 70 years from 1949 to 2019,And then summarize the experience of creating the miracle of rapid economic development.In the past,there have been many empirical studies on the miracle of rapid economic development in China since the reform and opening up,but the research on the creation and experience of the miracle of rapid economic development in China 30 years after the founding of New China is relatively insufficient.This paper completely studies the miracle creation and experience of China’s rapid economic development in the 70 years from the founding of New China to 2019.Compared with the economic miracles created by other countries or regions in the world,the miracle of rapid economic development in China not only lasts for a long time,but also has many new features,which are shown as follows:China’s rapid economic development is the unity of phases and continuity,economic development and overall social progress,and "people centered" and "economic construction centered".The economic development of New China takes the "Five Year Plan" and the Party Congress as periodic and phased leaps.Since the founding of New China in 1949,the "one blueprint to the end" of economic development has never stopped.The phased leap and continuous promotion constitute one of the characteristics of China’s economic development;The economic development of New China is not only reflected in the rapid economic growth.What is more commendable is that the rapid economic growth did not take the social tear as the cost.Eliminating poverty and reducing the gap between rich and poor has always been an important benchmark to measure the economic development of New China.The long-term stability and overall progress of society complement economic development,which constitutes an important feature of China’s economic development;"Taking the people as the center" stipulates the direction and nature of "taking economic construction as the center","taking economic construction as the center" serves the purpose and requirements of "taking the people as the center",and "taking economic construction as the center" always serves the people,relies on the people,and serves the people.New China has accumulated many successful experiences in creating a miracle of rapid economic development.These experiences mainly include:adhering to the leadership of the CPC,adhering to its own path,adhering to the mass line,and so on.The fundamental reason for achieving the miracle of rapid economic development in New China lies in the bright leadership of the CPC,the correct guidance of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics,and the great decision to adhere to the mass line.These experiences not only guide the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy,but also provide reference for other countries in the world.
