| In ceramic production,the shaping process is one of its important contents.The potters,orderly through the use of various auxiliary tools,achieve the fine production.Such shaping tools are mostly made of ceramics,which is an important production tool held by the potters.However,in the past,the research on ceramic shaping has mostly focused on the description of its operation process,and the research on the auxiliary tools used during the period and the shaping technology reflected in it have not yet formed a systematic understanding.Taking the Jingdezhen kiln(景德镇窑)shaping tools of the Song Dynasty as the research object,this article conducts archaeological research on various ceramic shaping tools of the Jingdezhen kiln in the Song Dynasty,in order to construct a relatively complete development sequence of Jingdezhen kiln shaping technology.The research materials in this article are mainly derived from archaeological excavations,as well as some kiln site surveys and collection materials.On the basis of the field investigation of traditional ceramic workshops,with the help of relevant literature and research articles,and at the same time paying attention to the loading and burning methods of various shaping tools,this thesis establishes a connection with kiln production technology,and then explores the prosperity and decline phenomenon and technology dissemination of Jingdezhen kiln in different periods of the Song Dynasty.The study shows that there are two different forms of potter’s wheel,which are suitable for the operation of throwing and trimming,and their morphological difference is mainly reflected in the existence of trimming tools on the potter’s wheel disc,but the composition of the main body is not different.After the advent of molding technology,a class of small potter’s wheel appeared one after another,and its functional structure remained unchanged,but the wheel disc became smaller and the overall structure was placed on the ground,and synchronously reflected in the shape of the potter’s wheel pit,which seemed to be reflected in the size difference of the potter’wheel tools.According to the characteristics of the installation location of various tools on the potter’s wheel,the functions of operation and drive are clarified,and the driving mode of the potter’s wheel is explored in this way,indicating that the name of the driving tool of the potter’s wheel in the Song Dynasty is“Chedouzi(车斗子)”.At the same time,the loading and burning method of the“Guaban(刮板)”of the throwing tool and the shaping of various products were clarified.In addition,according to the technical characteristics of Jingdezhen kiln molded products,through the arrangement of archaeological materials,the emergence and prevalence time of Jingdezhen kiln molded products in the Song Dynasty are sorted out,and then the molding technology of Jingdezhen kiln in the Song Dynasty is analyzed,and it is believed that Jingdezhen kiln was mainly influenced by the molding technology of Yaozhou kiln(耀州窑)and Ding kiln(定窑),of which the technical influence of Yaozhou kiln only stayed at a shallow level of exchange,while the later influence of Ding kiln technology was more profound.In the periodization study of some shaping tools,according to their type and era information,they are divided into three phases,which basically covers the three stages of development,prosperity and decline of Jingdezhen kiln Qingbai ceramics(青白瓷)in the Song Dynasty.The different types of shaping tools that appeared in each phase respectively indicate the development process of Jingdezhen kiln shaping technology in the Song Dynasty.On this basis,and analyzing the prosperity and decline of several types of shaping tools,it is found that the Jingdezhen kiln in the Song Dynasty was affected by the technology of other kilns of Song,and this influence was reflected in the change of product appearance. |
