This article explores the unique approach in Descartes’ theory of knowledge,traces the significance of Descartes’ early philosophy,and the importance of skepticism.Descartes was a very important philosopher,whose thoughts had a profound impact on the development of later philosophy.In his theory of knowledge,Descartes proposed a new method,which starts with doubt and gradually eliminates all uncertain factors until a certain truth is found.This method is unique because it is different from other epistemological methods,such as empiricism and rationalism.By tracing back to Descartes’ early philosophy,we can better understand his thoughts.His early philosophy embodied criticism of mysticism and scholasticism,which had an impact on his later ideological development.Finally,skepticism plays an important role in Descartes’ theory of knowledge,helping Descartes solve some key issues,such as the origin of knowledge and the determination of truth.In summary,this article discusses the importance of Cartesian epistemology from different perspectives.We found that Descartes’ method had a profound impact on the development of modern philosophy,as it provided a new direction of thinking for later philosophers.At the same time,Descartes’ early philosophy also had an important impact on the formation of his later thoughts.Finally,the thought of skepticism plays a very important role in Descartes’ theory of knowledge because it provides the basis for the determination of truth.
