Research On Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Shanxi From The Perspective Of Sociology

Eliminating poverty,improving people’s livelihood and gradually achieving common prosperity are essential requirements of socialism and an important mission of the CPC.Over the past 70 years and more since the founding of New China,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the Chinese people have embarked on the most spectacular path of poverty reduction.China’s remarkable achievement in poverty alleviation cannot be achieved without the promotion and deepening of the "targeted poverty alleviation" policy.The theoretical research on "targeted poverty alleviation",the theme of The Times,is constantly developing and improving.At the same time,the film and television industry actively responds to the call of the state,creating a series of excellent products,and forming the characteristics of targeted poverty alleviation films.According to statistics,from 2014 to 2023,a total of 14 films and TV dramas on targeted poverty alleviation were produced in Shanxi Province,most of which were feature films.Centering on people and taking realism as the creation principle,they went deep into the frontline of poverty alleviation and gave full play to the effective connection between film and television art and poverty alleviation mechanism,so as to enhance the endogenous development of poverty-stricken areas and groups.This study takes sociology as the main research method,takes films and TV series about targeted poverty alleviation in Shanxi as the research object,and explores the cultural characteristics conveyed by film and television art itself and its influence in the process of poverty alleviation based on the historical background of social reform and civilization transformation.This article mainly discusses the interactive relationship between film and television and society.First of all,give full play to the objective recording function of film and television art,analyze the reasons why Shanxi Province has been in deep poverty since the poverty alleviation work was carried out,and analyze the differences between the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation policy and the previous poverty alleviation policies.Start from the aspects of regional development obstacles and system supply,combine the pictures presented in film and television works to prove,and emphasize the authenticity of social poverty alleviation through comparison.This paper explores the root causes of poverty in Shanxi and lays the foundation for the following two chapters.Secondly,it analyzes the typical characters under the principle of realism,emphasizes the particularity of character creation,and tries to break through the traditional mould.By sorting out the characters in films and TV dramas about targeted poverty alleviation in Shanxi Province,the author repositioned their individual identities,and started with the pedigree of "interloper" and "follower",in order to obtain the identity and cultural concept of the same desire and trend.The two types of characters complement each other and go hand in hand to promote the implementation of the national poverty alleviation work.At the same time,the identification of characters is carried out.More conducive to shaping flesh and blood,memorable typical characters.Finally,the paper focuses on analyzing the discourse expression of social ideology in Shanxi targeted poverty alleviation films and TV dramas,and explores the intertextuality between ideology and films.Starting from the "five projects in one batch" of national targeted poverty alleviation policy,this paper analyzes the adaptability of national policies in Shanxi to local conditions,and uses film and television art as a carrier to integrate the idea of poverty alleviation with film and television creation,so as to transmit positive energy to the society,better publicize the national poverty alleviation policy and work,and play a role in supervising and advising the implementation and effect of the policy.
