The symphonic suite "Q iao Family Courtyard" created by Mr.Zhao Jiping has a strong national style and Shanxi ethnic and folk charm,cleverly combining the intangible cultural heritage elements of Shanxi music and Western symphony to create a combination of Chinese and Western,harmonious and unrestrained.The work adopts a creative technique that combines traditional composition techniques with modern composition concepts.The musical form structure is a six-part parallel reproduction of the musica l form,with the overall and partial structures being mostly multi segmental,which is also common in folk music;The melody aspect uses the "core motivation" development technique with national characteristics;In terms of harmony,it mainly uses harmony composed of three degrees,five degrees stacked,and five degrees and three degrees mixed stacked;The mode is mainly based on the national seven tone characteristic mode,with the second and fifth movements using Western modes.At the same time,the work uses rich modulation techniques,such as "common chord modulation techniques","progressive modulation techniques",and "rest modulation techniques".Mr.Zhao Jiping has been to Shanxi for many times to collect folk music,and has obtained a lot of Shanxi folk music materials.The author has absorbed a large number of intangible elements of Shanxi music by using composition techniques and modern composition concepts.The themes in the works refer to the musical themes and characteristic intervals of many Shanxi folk songs,which are internalized and absorbed before being used;The theme of Jin Opera tunes has also appeared many times in works,such as the integration and absorption of the core tone series of Jin Opera aria,the characteristics of the scale o f Jin Opera,the interlude music of Jin Opera,and the characteristic tones of Jin Opera tunes;"Q itai Yangge" music materials have also been used many times in works,such as the absorption and development of the melody trend,rhythm,mode,rhythm,and other characteristics of Q itai Yangge;The modes of Shanxi folk songs are dominated by Zheng and Shang modes,and the use of the national seven tone symbolic mode in the works is also dominant,as well as the use of palace mode and angle mode;The works also incorporate Shanxi’s representative folk musical instruments,including Erguxian,Erhu,bamboo flute,suona,war drum,and small cymbal,which organically combine Western and ethnic musical instruments,reflecting a strong color and local characteristics.This article also explores the impact of the symphonic suite "Q iao Jia Da Yuan" on the current music creators from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage in combination with the characteristics of local folk music in Shanxi,hoping to promote the "living inheritance" of intangible cultural heritage of Shanxi music with a modest effort.
