| Zhu Yizun,whose courtesy is Xi Chang.He was born at the time of the change of dynasties in the Ming and Qing dynasties,he was a famous family member,a relic of the former Ming dynasty,an aspirant against the Qing dynasty,a journeyman,an erudite scholar,a Hanlin reviewer,and a compiler of the History of the Ming dynasty,and made outstanding achievements in poetry,lyrics,and ancient literature,as well as in theory,which had a profound influence on later generations and occupied an important position in the lyric world of the Qing dynasty.However,although his collection of words and phrases“Fanjinji”has gained the attention of lexicographers,there are few specialized studies.This article takes the Fanjinji as the object of study,and through the combing of the literary career of the lyricist,his elegant collection of lines,and the summarization of the characteristics of his collection of words,we aim to reveal the artistic form and imagery characteristics of Zhu Yizun’s Fanjinji.This thesis is composed of four chapters:The first chapter introduces Zhu Yizun’s personal experience against the backdrop of the literary boom of the Qing Dynasty.Secondly,the composition and publication of Fanjinji are reviewed in the context of Zhu Yizun’s collections,such as Pushuting Ji,Pushuting Ji Lyric Notes,and Pushuting Gleanings.the second chapter analyzes the lyrical characteristics of Zhu Yizun’s Fanjinji.First,from the perspectives of cipai and the materials used,we compile the syntax and rhyme scheme of the most used cipai among the 134 lyric works in Fanjinji,examine the pattern of his creation of Tang poems into poems,and discuss the meaning behind it in the light of Zhu Yizun’s literary claim of using poems as lyrics.In this study,we examine the reasons behind the influence of Zhu Yizun’s family philosophy on the Tang dynasty.Secondly,the collection of quotations from the Fanjinji is categorized and characterized by a wide range of subjects,including one-word to seven-word poems,music,songs,and couplets.Finally,we analyze the composition of the Fanjinji in terms of its formal characteristics:the even-handedness of the lines and the long-keyedness of the words.The subtlety of the couplets has long been praised by lyricists,and a comparison of the couplets in the Fanjinji and the original poems in the collection will reveal their subtlety.By examining the word patterns of the long-key poems in "Fanjinji",we can discover where the rhymes and sounds fit together.The third chapter analyzes the genre and content of the Fanjinji.First,according to the number of works on their use,occasion,and target audience,the Fanjinji can be divided into four major categories:works to chronicle travel,works on painting,works on farewell,and works on chanting.Secondly,the emotions expressed in the Fanjinji are analyzed,mainly in terms of the expression of national consciousness and the expression of a sense of seclusion.In the fourth chapter,we analyze the imagery of the "Fanjinji" from the perspective of the artistic criteria of the collection.Secondly,it discusses the cryptic function of the collection in terms of the "strangeness" effect produced by the arrangement and combination of the texts. |
