| There is a situation where confusing words such as "出现" have mutual interpretations in dictionary definitions;In grammar,these four words can all be used as predicates,with objects,and have an important position in a sentence,directly affecting the semantics and form of the sentence;In teaching,the "出现"verb is different from other verbs,with subtle differences and high teaching difficulty;In terms of acquisition,there is a situation of many to many confusion within word pairs.The author will explore the causes of errors through semantic and syntactic research,as well as error research,and propose practical and feasible teaching suggestions.At the semantic level,there are differences in the spontaneity of actions among the confusing words of the "出现" category,manifested as "发生">"出现">"产生">"引起",as well as whether the appearance of things must have conditions."出现" does not emphasize conditions,"产生" of things is conditional,"发生"does not emphasize the conditions of appearance,and "引起" requires conditions but does not emphasize the results of event changes.At the syntactic level,confusing words such as "出现" can be used as predicates,and can be followed by abstract noun objects.But each of them has its own characteristics."发生" not only represents a change in the state of things,but also a change in human state;The noun object that expresses the meaning of the event is collocated after "产生";The phrase ’produce’can be followed by a directional complement;You can add a small sentence object after"引起".The error analysis of the selected interlanguage corpus shows that the errors of"出现" words are easy to confuse.From the overall error analysis,it was found that the highest amount of error was "误代";The minimum number is "误加".In terms of individual words,the bias between "出现" and "产生" is relatively large,while the bias between "发生" and "引起" is relatively small.On the other hand,there is an imbalance in the confusion within the verb group of "出现",with a higher level of confusion between "产生" and "发生",followed by the confusion between "出现" and "发生".Within the confusion phrase,there are many to many confusion forms,with two pairs of bidirectional confusion and four pairs of unidirectional confusion.From the perspectives of semantics and syntax,textbooks,and teacher classroom teaching,it was found that the causes of errors in confusing words in the "出现"category may be mainly influenced by the presence of verbs with the same morphemes,similar meanings,textbooks,and teacher classroom teaching errors.Based on the analysis of the above causes,practical and feasible teaching suggestions are proposed for teachers and textbooks from two aspects:emphasizing the analysis of easily confused words and optimizing the interpretation and example sentences of textbook words. |
