Research On National Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives In Yangzhou

As a precious archival resource for recording intangible cultural heritage,ICH archives record the historical process and cultural changes of the last 5,000 years of China,and play an important role in strengthening national identity and history,promoting cultural diversity and human creativity.With the development of the times and the continuous progress of China’s archives,the archives of intangible cultural heritage have received widespread attention because of their unique cultural characteristics and research value.The study of intangible cultural heritage archives is not only to protect intangible cultural heritage and study history,but also to identify with the country and the nation,and the development and utilization of intangible cultural heritage archives play an important role in passing down culture and promoting culture.As one of the first national historical and cultural cities and a scenic tourist city with traditional characteristics,Yangzhou has a long history and culture,with 20 national intangible cultural heritages,ranking second in Jiangsu Province,and 26 national intangible cultural heritage inheritors.However,due to the influence of many factors,the research work of Yangzhou intangible cultural heritage archives is not deep enough,and it is difficult to play the function of archives,and the research work is mainly reflected in the construction and protection of archives,but not perfect for the development and utilization.Based on this,this paper takes Yangzhou national NRM archives as the research object,adopts a combination of field research and questionnaire survey,and based on the actual situation of development and utilization,puts forward the problems in the research of Yangzhou national NRM archives from two levels of development and utilization,such as lack of talents,not strong professionalism;lack of system,not enough development;lack of publicity,not high efficiency.In response to the current problems,the corresponding optimized countermeasures are proposed.For the problem of developing NRM archives,four countermeasures are proposed:improving the census of NRM archives and creating a database with NRM characteristics;strengthening the cultivation of talents for the development of NRM archives;improving laws and regulations and system standards;and clarifying the responsibilities among various subjects of development.For the utilization of NRM archives,four countermeasures are proposed:fully integrate the utilization contents;change the concept of utilization and create a new management mode;optimize the archival process and strengthen the construction of NRM archival resource system and digitalization;and strengthen publicity and carry out NRM cultural activities.
