There are many language tests in China. With the update of The Times and the development of language, all kinds of tests are undergoing continuous changes.HSK,a standard Chinese proficiency test specially designed for non-native Chinese speakers, also has such an era perception and mission.Since the official opening of HSK in 1990,HSK has gone through 33 years.During this period,in combination with the accumulation of theoretical research and practical experience in the development of Chinese language testing, the first edition of HSK Syllabus "Chinese Proficiency Level and Grammar Level Syllabus" [hereinafter referred to as the Syllabus(1996 first edition)] was revised and published in 1996.After two major reforms in 2009 and 2020 respectively, the New Chinese Language Proficiency Test Syllabus [hereinafter referred to as the Syllabus(2009 second edition)] and the International Chinese Language Education Chinese Language Proficiency Level Standards [hereinafter referred to as the Syllabus(2020 third edition)] have been published successively. The syllabus(2020third edition)is the latest Chinese language proficiency level standards. This reform has made a more specific, scientific and unique setting of Chinese standards, among which the "three classes and nine levels" examination structure, the "3+5" new path, the syllabic Chinese vocabulary grammar "four as the benchmark" three innovative points are multidimensional opening the new mode of Chinese teaching and examination.Due to the establishment of these three innovative guidance, the corresponding four specific teaching contents of pronunciation,Chinese characters, vocabulary and grammar have also undergone corresponding changes, among which the vocabulary part is the best.Through comparison, the author found that syllables,Chinese characters and grammar were not set consistently in the three editions of the outline.Only the vocabulary standard kept an important place. Therefore, based on the above review, this paper takes the outline(the third edition of 2020)as the research subject, and the outline(the first edition of 1996)and outline(the second edition of 2009)as the comparison object.Firstly, the above three innovation points are analyzed and interpreted one by one according to their respective characteristics, and the outstanding findings are as follows: In terms of the level setting, the first edition and the third edition are similar, and the author analyzes the reasons for the setting from the two aspects of "meeting the needs of multiple parties" and "promoting Chinese language itself".For the application of "3+5" new path, the author puts forward personal suggestions from three aspects: teacher strength, classroom practice, teaching and examination combination; In the analysis of "four-dimensional benchmark",the author makes a specific comparative study of the differences in pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar and Chinese characters in the three syllabuses. On this basis, the outline standard of vocabulary part is compared and explored. The main arguments are: new words, deleted words and the grade change of original words.According to the characteristics of the thesis, the author carried out relevant data statistics, comparative analysis, classification investigation, and research on the motivation of addition and deletion, and came to the conclusion that the total amount of new words is huge, the structure of new phrases is rich, the number of deleted words is proportional to the size of the grade, all the deleted phrases are verity-object structure, and the adjustment trend of vocabulary grade is basically relegation processing.
