Research On Improving The Service Quality Of The Three Confucian Study Tour Based On The Theory Of Service Theate

Culture is the soul of tourism industry,and tourism is the carrier of cultural development.The study tourism is the inevitable result of the integration of education,culture,tourism and other related service industries,it represents the important direction of the integrated development of literature and tourism.In recent years,the state attaches more importance to research tourism and has issued a series of policies to encourage the development of research tourism.As the birthplace of Confucian culture,Qufu is famous for its rich Confucian cultural resources and numerous cultural relics.The study of Confucian culture in Qufu has become an important part of cultural studies and tourism.In recent years,the competition for postgraduate tourism has become increasingly fierce.Against the background of the deep transformation of China’s cultural and tourism industry,the service quality of Qufu’s three-hole postgraduate tourism needs to be further improved,in order to adapt to immersive,personalized tourism consumption times.This paper mainly includes five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.It introduces the background,significance and purpose of the subject research,comprehensively expounds the current research status at home and abroad,proposes the research methods and main contents of the application,and summarizes the relevant concepts and theories.The second chapter introduces the development status of tripartite tourism.It mainly introduces the general situation of Qufu,Qufu Sangong Scenic Area,analyzes the tourism resources of Sanyuan,and introduces the current situation of tourism services in Sanyuan.The third chapter conducts an empirical study on trilogy tourism from the perspective of service theater theory.The theory of service theater is combined with the research on tourism service quality.On the basis of the four elements of the service theater theory,a questionnaire of "Satisfaction of Sangong Research Tourism Service" was designed,and the results found that there were problems in the quality of tourism service of Sangong Research.The fourth chapter proposes the optimization strategy of the tourism service quality of the Three Games.From four aspects: improving the service talent team system,improving the integrity of service scenarios,improving the theme of the overall design of the script,and improving the experience level of educational performances,we will improve the quality of the three-performance tourism service.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.On the basis of the research conclusions summarized,the improvement of Sanyuan tourism service quality is prospected.The following conclusions are drawn from the research:(2)Sangong tourism develops rapidly,cultural tourism resources are abundant,and research activities are rich and colorful.Research products are constantly innovating,and the level of research tourism services has reached a new level.But there are also some problems.(3)The theory of service theater has a certain combination with the research on tourism service.Service theatre theory consists of four basic elements: actor,scene,audience and performance."Actor" refers to the service personnel who have direct contact with tourists,"Scene" refers to the physical environment of the service,"audience" refers to the tourists who receive the green jade service,"performance" refers to the interaction between customers and service personnel during the service period.Based on the above four factors,the service can provide experience reference.Based on this,the research on the elements of tourism service is determined.(4)Through the combined analysis,based on the four elements of the performance,learn the design of the tourism service satisfaction questionnaire,and find out the existing problems through the investigation.(5)Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the development of the tourism of the three Confucius Studies in Qufu,and based on the theory of service theater,this paper puts forward the development path of reshaping the service quality of the tourism of the three Confucius Studies:one is to reshape the spatial experience of the service quality with the scene as the link;The second is to optimize the quality of service supply based on technology;The third is to take subjective perception as a guide to improve public satisfaction;The fourth is to take interactivity as the core and guide service demanders to participate in it.(6)The theory of service theater is based on the four factors of service theater theory as a strategy for improving the quality of performance tourism services.Improve the service talent team system,improve the integrity of service scenarios,subject the overall design,and experience educational activities.
