The documentary on social reality focuses on the social changes and the living conditions of ordinary people,and reflects the universal contradictions of social development and the emotional fates of the characters through the documentary voice and image style,in the process of reflecting the phenomenon and promoting the solution of the problem,it plays the role of promoting the development of the society.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the image expression of social subject documentaries.Through the demonstration of many excellent documentary images,it can be extended to the creation of graduation work.Therefore,the study of the theory is helpful to the theoretical consciousness of the creation of the graduation work“Stone · Man”,at the same time,the achievements of the graduation work can be illustrated to the theory.The thesis is mainly divided into four parts,each part of the theoretical research corresponds to the creation of graduation work practice.The first part of the thesis focuses on the concept of social reality documentary,and the characteristics of each stage of development,so as to propose the graduation work“Stone · Man” concept of art.The second part explores the narrative strategy of social reality documentary from the perspective of narrative,structure and rhythm,so as to analyze the control of narrative strategy in the graduation work“Stone · Man”.The third part systematically analyzes the audio-visual language construction of the social subject documentary,and analyzes the audio-visual creation of the graduation work“Stone · Man” in detail.The fourth part discusses the image value of the social reality subject documentary from the whole,and analyzes it from three aspects: recording the real society,cultural communication and emotional transmission.On this basis,the author summarizes and reflects the value presentation of the graduation work“Stone · Man”.In a word,on the basis of clearing up the connotation and value of the image expression in the social reality documentary,this paper explores actively the creative strategy of the social reality documentary,hope to provide more reference and inspiration for the research of social reality documentary image expression.
