| The development of college students’ ideals and beliefs is not only related to their own growth and success,but also to the future of the country and nation.Entering a new era,cultivating "new generations" who can shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation has become the latest direction of the current goal of cultivating morality and cultivating people,and also the starting point and foothold for cultivating college students to firmly believe in their ideals and beliefs.As an ideal personality paradigm that has lasted for thousands of years,combing and excavating the essence of Confucius’ gentleman personality thought has a high degree of consistency with the current cultivation of new people in the era from the values and cultivation ways,and the practical value contained in the gentleman personality thought has a profound guiding significance for the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs in the new era.Thoroughly analyze the educational value contained in Confucius’ thoughts on the character of a gentleman,integrate it into various levels of ideal and belief education for college students in the new era,and achieve the creative transformation and innovative development of the character of a gentleman in the new era.Enriching and enriching ideal and belief education in both theoretical and practical aspects is of great significance for meeting the requirements of ideal and belief education in the new era and enhancing the effectiveness of ideal and belief education.This article is divided into four parts.The first part explains the basic concepts of Confucius’ character of a gentleman and the education of ideal and belief among college students in the new era,covering the content and characteristics of ideal and belief education,as well as the main values and value channels of the character of a gentleman.The second part elaborates on the internal mechanism of how Confucius’ personality of a gentleman was integrated into the ideal and belief education of college students in the new era.Starting from the feasibility and necessity,it explores the convergence and focus of their integration,and proposes guiding principles for their integration.The third part conducts an empirical analysis on the integration of Confucius’ character of a gentleman into the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs.Based on the results of the survey questionnaire,the existing problems and causes are proposed.The fourth part proposes the promotion path of integrating Confucius’ noble character thought into the ideal and belief education of college students in the new era from four aspects:educational content,educational form,educational practice,and educational evaluation,promoting the comprehensive and deep integration of the noble character thought. |
