Changes And Interpretations Of "Jingwei Filling The Sea"

As an ancient archetypal myth with significant cultural heritage in ancient China,"Jingwei Filling the Sea" has ample room for interpretation and rich connotations.Since its entry into the eyes of the literati after the Wei and Jin Dynasties,it has gradually transformed from a mythological tale into an important literary source for literary creation,and has been widely used in various genres and themes of literary creation,and we still use it for literary expression today.In the process,the story of "Jingwei Filling the Sea" has undergone several changes and has even been used as a model for folk "Jingwei beliefs",narrative novels and many folklore novels,It is a literary topic worth exploring.This paper first discusses the emergence and nature of the myth of "Jingwei Filling the Sea",mainly introducing the form and appearance of "Jingwei Filling the Sea" in the ancient period,and starting from Chapter 2 to sort out the changes and interpretations of "Jingwei Filling the Sea" in successive generations."Because of the lack of literary and historical records and folklore related to the "Reclamation of the Sea" in the Qin and Han Dynasties,we choose to start with the Wei and Jin Dynasties and end with the end of the Qing Dynasty.In the process of combing,we focus on the new changes in the form and content of "Reclamation of the Sea" in each time period,and try to construct a framework for the history of the changes and interpretation of "Reclamation of the Sea".Chapter 5 adopts a case-by-case approach to analyze in detail the "Jingwei beliefs" in Changzi County,Shanxi Province,which is a special form of"Jingwei Filling the Sea" produced in the process of change.It is a product of the combination of the ancient myth of "Jingwei Filling the Sea" and local folk culture,and has certain cultural significance.It has not only transformed from a common myth into an important material for literary creation or even a literary prototype,but also linked with the national spirit of the Chinese nation,gradually becoming a synonym for the national spirit of tenacity and unyieldingness,and still playing an important role in the present time.
