| For a long time,private dance companies in China have faced the dual dilemma of macro-cultural governance and micro-reality operation.On the one hand,private dance companies represent private arts and cultural performance groups in the process of cultural system reform in a marginal position,failing to receive sufficient policy attention and support,especially the classification reform based on the national cultural governance modernization system in the field of private arts and cultural performance groups has not yet made substantial progress,non-profit On the other hand,private dance troupes’ own generally immature organizational operation mode makes them weak in market competition,performing social functions and resisting risks,and they are still in the climbing stage of cultivation and development.By combing the reform history of private arts performance groups,this paper analyzes the operation mode and governance status of non-profit private dance companies in China at the present stage based on the realistic needs of private dance company development in the period of "post-restructuring",relying on Chinese modernization theory and non-profit organization theory,and combining two representative non-profit dance companies,Beijing Dance Theater and Beijing Modern and Contemporary Dance Company.Based on the theories of Chinese modernization and nonprofit organizations,we analyze the current operation mode and governance of nonprofit private dance companies in China.Finally,the analysis framework based on the existing theoretical foundation puts forward suggestions for optimizing countermeasures in macro-institutional reform and system construction,meso-market management and industry mutual assistance,and micro-organizational operation and management. |
