Creative Practice And Application Of Yao Folk Song Materials In Bunu,Du’an

The Bunuyao people living in Dayao Mountain have overcome the difficult living environment.Through hard work and keeping up with the rapid development of the times,their living standards have not only been gradually improved,but also the traditional Bunuyao folk songs have been well inherited and developed.Through field investigation,the author learned the basic characteristics of traditional Bunuyao folk songs,conducted comprehensive music analysis through the collection of folk song data,combined with the collection and sorting of literature,and then applied the results of the analysis to his own work creation,completed the creation of five vocal works of Male Solo,female solo and male female duet,forming a personal exploration of the inheritance of traditional Bunuyao folk songs in Du’an,Guangxi.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of Bunuyao folk songs in Du’an,including the origin of Bunuyao folk songs and the current situation of the survival and development of Bunuyao folk songs;The second part is the analysis of the musical characteristics of the traditional folk songs of Du’an Bunuyao,mainly including the melody characteristics,the range,harmony,structure,lining and aesthetic characteristics of Bunuyao’s music;The third part is the extraction and application of the materials of Du’an Bunuyao folk songs.At the same time,this is also the key chapter of this paper.It extracts and applies the theme motivation,mode and tonality,beat rhythm,decorative sound and characteristic interval in rotation from the music examples collected and translated.Then the five original works of boys’ solo singing "Haiyun","yaozhai spring song",girls’ solo singing "story of a river","drinking mountain spring singing a song" and boys’ and girls’ duet "double Gardenia boat" are used to analyze the integration process of characteristic elements of Bunuyao folk songs.The fourth part is the harvest summary and reflection in the creative process.By writing this paper,the author learned how to carry out field investigation smoothly,collect and sort out the obtained first-hand data quickly and effectively,learn how to accurately extract the required folk song elements,and smoothly integrate the elements into the works for music creation.At thesame time,it also provides valuable experience for better music creation in the future.
