This study takes employees of domestic enterprises as research objects to explore the mechanism between servant leadership,psychological safety,psychological entitlement and employee innovation behavior.By analyzing existing literature,a research hypothesis model was proposed with servant leadership as the independent variable,psychological safety as the mediating variable,psychological entitlement as the moderating variable,and employee innovation behavior as the outcome variable.Based on this,this thesis adopted a multi-timepoint,multi-source questionnaire survey method to conduct two rounds of leader-employee matching surveys on middle-level leaders and their subordinates from multiple domestic enterprises.A total of 270 valid matched samples were collected.Through data analysis and hypothesis testing,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Servant leadership is positively correlated with employee psychological safety;(2)Employee psychological safety be able to intervene in servant leadership and employee innovation behavior relationships based on intermediary effects;(3)Employee psychological entitlement moderates the positive relationship between servant leadership and employee psychological safety.Compared to the situation with low psychological entitlement,when employee psychological entitlement is high,its positive relationship between servant leadership and psychological safety is weaker;(4)Employee psychological entitlement negatively moderates the indirect relationship between servant leadership and employee innovative behavior,through subordinate psychological safety.The indirect relationship is weaker when an employee has a high psychological entitlement,and stronger when has a low psychological entitlement.This thesis discusses the mechanism of servant leadership on employee innovation behavior by introducing the mediating variable-psychological security and the regulating variable-psychological privilege,which is helpful to perfect the framework and system of domestic servant leadership theory.At the same time,based on the empirical research,this thesis puts forward management enlightenment with guiding significance for enterprise management practice,providing reference for enterprises to improve their core innovation.
