Culture teaching is one of the ways for foreign students to understand China and experience Chinese culture.How to organize a cultural teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,help foreign students better understand Chinese culture and improve the level of Chinese communication is a problem that has been discussed in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and it is also the focus of this paper.The number of existing teaching resources is huge and the types are complex.How to choose the appropriate resources has become a big problem.Chinese traditional animation,as a kind of film and television resources,not only has three-dimensional perceptible audio-visual pictures,vivid and easy to understand language,but also has a strong cultural and national flavor.It is easy to attract and meet the interests and expectations of foreign students,reflecting the unique advantages of being applied to teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language.In this study,through the analysis of the characteristics of Chinese traditional animation and cultural teaching,the feasibility and practical significance of applying Chinese traditional animation to the teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language were discussed,and the corresponding teaching design was tried based on the type of cultural course,thus providing a useful reference for teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,in which the research background of "the application of Chinese traditional animation in teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language" was mainly introduced,the purpose and significance were established,the existing research results were described,and the research content,methods and innovations of this paper were pointed out.In the second chapter,This paper introduces the types of Chinese animation,its unique national style and its cultural content and value.In the third chapter,the relationship between Chinese traditional animation and teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language was introduced.This paper analyzes the characteristics of Chinese traditional animation and Chinese culture teaching as a foreign language.From four dimensions,including the theoretical basis of the application of Chinese traditional animation in cultural teaching,the characteristics of current teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language,the content that Chinese traditional animation should be used in teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language,and the practical significance of the application of Chinese traditional animation in teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language,the discussion was mainly carried out.In the fourth chapter,the application of Chinese traditional animation in teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language was designed.Under the guidance of the first two parts,the selection principle of Chinese traditional animation was mainly expounded,this includes language,content,technology and the characteristics of learners.the teaching process of animation application was introduced,puts forward practical design examples for three types of courses: specialized culture teaching in language,culture teaching and culture practice course,and analyzes its teaching effect for reflection and improvement.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,in which some thoughts on the application of Chinese traditional animation to teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language as well as the deficiencies and problems needing attention in the actual operation were put forward.
