Pick Illustration is a special art form with a long history From ancient cave murals to exquisite book illustrations,illustrations have entered people’s field of vision under the impetus of digital technology and technological progress.However,the research on illustration design of ancient Chinese literary genre is scarce.With the rapid development of Internet and digital technology,our daily life has entered the era of "looking at pictures".The combination of illustrations and simple words makes reading easier and more interesting,and illustrations are a kind of visual enjoyment.In the future development,more and more people will use the visual language of illustrations at home and abroad to promote local cultural communication and exchange.With historical figures and myths as the carrier,Bai Juyi’s Song of Eternal Sorrow,with the touching love story between Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty and Yang Guifei as the carrier,expresses his deep nostalgia for life and history.For thousands of years,it has touched countless readers and influenced many later literary works.With the passage of time,the influence of "Song of Eternal Sorrow" goes beyond literature and goes deep into all levels of culture.The Song of Eternal Sorrow is an important transformation of China’s feudal society and C hina ’s feudal era.It reflects the sentimental,secular and romantic cultural atmosphere in the second half of China’s feudal era,and is an important part of ancient Chinese culture.This paper takes Bai Juyi ’s long narrative poem "Song of Eternal Sorrow" as the carrier and reads it.By studying the picture books of "Song of Eternal Sorrow" in different periods and under different historical backgrounds,painters’ understanding,expression forms and painting techniques are different.On this basis,this paper analyzes the historical background and society of "Song of Eternal Sorrow",studies the cultural trend of thought and artistic style in Sui and Tang Dynasties,sums up and integrates it with modern illustration design style and modern people’s aesthetic design concept,and carries out practical creation,in the hope of researching and developing the outstanding historical and cultural works in "Song of Eternal Sorrow".
