Wu Qian Baijinglou Poetry Talks And Its Poetry Criticism Theories Research

The article takes Wu Qian’s Baijinglou Poetry Talks,Baijinglou Poetry Anthology,Yugu Wencun and other works as research objects,aiming to investigate his theories of poetry criticism,and strive to comprehensively and objectively show Wu Qian’s contributions and achievements in the field of poetry criticism in Qing Dynasty.The paper is grouped into four chapters:Chapter One: Wu Qian’s Family lineage and life examination.The works that can be seen today,such as Xiuning Houtian Wu Clan Genealogy,Wu Qian Annals,Yugu Wencun,Baijinglou Poetry Anthology,Wutuchuang Narrative and other documents as the main clues,and with reference to local chronicles and the history of the collection,combing and integrating relevant materials to investigate Wu Qian’s family lineage and life,tracing the origin of the formation and development of his poetic thought,in order to make Wu Qian’s character image more plump,and has a deeper understanding of his poetic thoughts.Chapter two: The interaction between Wu Qian’s poetry circle and the critical concepts of poetry.Based on the Baijinglou Poetry Anthology,Baijinglou Collection of Book Inscriptions and the poetry collection of the objects of the exchange,the positive role played by the communication in Wu Qian’s poetry criticism theories is investigated.Chapter Three: The characteristics and academic value of the writings of the Baijinglou Poetry Talks,and in the first section of this chapter,the author expounds the characteristics of the Baijinglou Poetry Talks in three aspects: the reason for the writing,the review of the version,and the compilation style.The second section explores the academic value of the Baijinglou Poetry Talks from the two aspects of literary value and historical material value.First of all,Baijinglou Poetry Talks has made certain contributions to the development and improvement of ancient poetry criticism theories in China.Wu Qian recorded the lives,poems,and memories of many poets in Jiangsu and Zhejiang,and when later generations studied these poets,the poem played an indispensable historical value.Chapter Four: Wu Qian’s theoretical study of poetry criticism.This chapter takes Baijinglou Poetry Talks as the main research object,and combines the Baijinglou Poetry Anthology and Yugu Wencun and other poetry collections,summarizes Wu Qian’s poetry criticism theories: "poetry teaching" view,"nature spirit" view,the pursuit of the artistic realm of rhyme and bone integration,and the spirit of "real record" that examines the truth.Wu Qian’s theory of poetry criticism has innovated in the inheritance of his predecessors,integrating personal poetic propositions and making unique theoretical interpretations in the context of poetics in the Qianjia period.
