| As a controversial aesthetician,Lv Ying’s aesthetic view of "beauty is a human concept" completely classifies him as a subjectivist,causing his aesthetic thought to be questioned for a time.Lv Ying consciously studied Marxist theory,fully borrowed from Chernyshevsky’s theoretical viewpoints,and made many achievements in the fields of aesthetics,literature and translation.He is based on the aesthetic thoughts of people and life,and his arguments are clear.He is not only a strong representative in the great discussions of aesthetics in the 1950 s and 1960 s,but also has certain inspirations for the research of Chinese aesthetics today.Therefore,this paper attempts to grasp Lv Ying’s aesthetic thoughts from the perspective of aesthetics,reinterpret the theoretical connotation of Lv Ying’s aesthetic thoughts from issues such as the essence of beauty and aesthetic feeling,and explore the significance and inf Lvence of his aesthetic thoughts on the development and construction of modern and contemporary Chinese aesthetics.The first chapter of the thesis is mainly combined with the great discussion on aesthetics in the 1950 s and 1960 s,through the comparative analysis of the core categories of aesthetics between Lv Ying and Cai Yi,Zhu Guangqian and Gao Ertai,to clarify the similarities and differences between Lv Ying and their aesthetic thoughts,In this way,he made a more comprehensive and in-depth theoretical explanation of Lv Ying’s three propositions about the nature of beauty: "beauty is the concept of human beings","beauty is the social consciousness of human beings",and "beauty is recognized through the concept of life".Have a further understanding and grasp of Lv Ying’s aesthetic thought.The second chapter of the thesis mainly explores the theoretical connotation of Lv Ying’s aesthetic thought,combined with his literary and artistic theory,from three aspects:emphasizing the practical activities of objectivity,highlighting the spirit of subjectivity,and promoting the connotation of social life.Lv Ying’s discussion of beauty and aesthetic feeling not only adheres to the historical materialism of Marxist philosophy,but also implements the materialist dialectics of Marxist philosophy.He reveals the specific content reflected by beauty,but does not separate the relationship between subject and object,but explores the special nature of objective things as aesthetic objects from a social perspective.The third chapter of the thesis mainly discusses the promoting effect of Lv Ying’s aesthetic thought on the development of Chinese modern and contemporary aesthetics.connections between.It starts from the connection between Lv Ying’s aesthetic thought and Li Zehou’s practical aesthetics,Yang Chunshi’s post-practical aesthetics,Pan Zhichang’s life aesthetics,and Liu Yuedi’s life aesthetics.Lv Ying focuses on the aesthetic concepts formed by the subject in social practice,endows beauty with a social existence,and encourages the aesthetic subject to pursue transcendence in aesthetic activities and achieve true freedom.Practical aesthetics and post-practical aesthetics use "practice","transcendence" and "freedom" to explore what beauty is,which coincides with Lv Ying’s aesthetic thought.The re-interpretation of Lv Ying’s aesthetic thoughts hopes to clarify the misunderstandings of the times and at the same time fully draw on the valuable content of his aesthetic thoughts,so as to promote the development of modern and contemporary Chinese aesthetics. |
