| The interview process of successful or unsuccessful job seekers in the TV program ONLY YOU has its own characteristics,and the pragmatic differences between them are of great research value,which can provide some reference value for future job seekers.Therefore,based on the Cooperative Principle,Politeness Principle,Face Theory and so on,this paper focuses on the pragmatic differences of 61 successful or unsuccessful job seekers of recent graduates in the TV program ONLY YOU.This paper adopts the research method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,and the research results are mainly reflected in the following five aspects: First,from the Self-Introduction Link,there are specific differences between successful and unsuccessful job seekers in the specific content and language style of self-introduction.Secondly,from the point of view of I Am Born With Talent,there are specific differences between successful and unsuccessful job seekers in the presentation of interruption behavior,the application strategy of correction mechanism,and the coping methods of foreshadowing sequence.Third,from the link of Talking About Money Without Hurting Feelings,there are specific differences in the overall situation,the specific types and the expression ways of asking questions between successful and unsuccessful job seekers.Fourthly,there are differences between successful and unsuccessful job seekers in observing pragmatic principles.The pragmatic differences are mainly reflected in the following aspects: observing and violating the cooperative principle,the quantitative principle,the qualitative principle and the relational principle,selecting and applying the politeness principle,the humility principle,the consistency principle and the sympathy principle,and implementing and suppressing the face threatening behavior.Fifthly,based on the comparative analysis of specific differences and pragmatic differences between successful and unsuccessful job seekers,this paper explores its enlightenment to job seekers who will participate in such job-seeking programs in the future,discusses its suggestions to job seekers who will participate in job interviews in real life,and fully taps the pragmatic value of this paper in serving real life. |
