In the practice of education and teaching,the application of teachers’ knowledge system includes teachers’ practical knowledge and theoretical knowledge.Among them,teachers’ practical knowledge plays an important role in the development of teachers’ stage.If novice teachers want to get rid of the "novice" stage faster,their teachers’ practical knowledge must be constantly enriched.The generation of teachers’ practical knowledge is dynamic and long-term.With the accumulation of their own education and teaching experience,teachers need to constantly reflect and refine,and gradually form new personal understanding of education and teaching.This paper focuses on the case study of novice teachers’ practical knowledge generation in the field of international Chinese language teaching.Taking the online primary oral class as an example,it explores the generation of novice teachers’ practical knowledge system from different dimensions,combines classroom observation,interview and questionnaire survey methods to carry out research,and finally puts forward corresponding development strategies based on the analysis of questionnaire data,trying to provide constructive help for the growth of novice international Chinese teachers.The first part mainly introduces the research purpose and significance of this article,the theoretical basis and research methods,the research object and the source of corpus,and the research summary of the conversation correction phenomenon at home and abroad.The research content of this paper can be divided into the following five parts.The first chapter is an introduction,which introduces the relevant research background,research purpose and significance,and reviews the research on teachers’ practical knowledge at home and abroad by reading a large number of documents,indicating the research object,research methods,and research materials.The second chapter is a multi-dimensional investigation on the generation of practical knowledge system for novice international Chinese teachers in online primary spoken Chinese classes.Based on the research on the video recording of online Chinese teaching for a single novice teacher in primary Chinese classes,and supplemented by interviews,the generation of teachers’ practical knowledge system is investigated from four dimensions: novice teachers’ cognition of themselves,teaching objects,teaching situations,and teaching processes,Try to show the practical knowledge system of novice international Chinese teachers.The third chapter is the survey and analysis of the generation of practical knowledge system of novice international Chinese teachers in online primary Chinese oral classes.With the help of the analysis of the questionnaire,the author tries to solve the problem of the lack of universality of this article and analyze the practical knowledge system of novice international Chinese teachers.The fourth chapter is the practical knowledge development countermeasures for novice international Chinese teachers in online primary spoken Chinese class.Based on the above research content and combined with the questionnaire survey,this chapter tries to propose countermeasures for the development of practical knowledge of online novice teachers in online primary spoken Chinese class from the aspects of teachers’ personal and school teacher training.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.This chapter mainly summarizes the content of the full text,summarizes the innovation and shortcomings of this paper,and puts forward future prospects for related research.
