| With the increasing number of Chinese learners,how to design a set of teaching materials suitable for each language environment and in line with the “national” conditions of each country has become an important direction for the development of Chinese as a foreign language teaching materials in China.In the development of cultural projects,many teaching materials have begun to realize the importance of the selection and arrangement of Chinese content of teaching materials.However,when compiling teaching materials,there will still be problems of improper selection of cultural projects and shifting the focus of cultural teaching.Chinese as a foreign language education is known in Taiwan as Chinese Language Education(abbreviated as Chinese Language Education),and Taiwan’s attention to Chinese language education began very early.Since the 50 s of the 20 th century,relevant departments have invested a lot of manpower and material resources in Chinese language education.Taiwan has rich experience in the preparation and research of Chinese textbooks,and has many research results.Due to political history and other factors,Taiwanese Chinese textbooks are slightly different from mainland textbooks in the selection and presentation of cultural items.The study of cultural items in Taiwanese Chinese textbooks can also give new inspiration to mainland textbooks as a foreign language textbooks in the selection and arrangement of cultural programs.This article is based on the "New Edition of Practical Audiovisual Mandarin"(a total of five volumes)compiled by the Editorial Board of Taiwan Normal University and published by Taiwan Zhengzhong Bookstore,and the article is divided into six parts.Chapter 1 clarifies the reasons for the topic selection,summarizes the current status of Chinese teaching and textbook research in Taiwan,and explains the research theory and research methods to be adopted in this paper.The second chapter introduces the background of the era,the details of the author,and the specific arrangement concept and structure of the textbook,so as to provide a specific era basis and the author’s personal emotional basis for analyzing the cultural items in the textbook later.The third chapter is based on the cultural classification method of Zhang Zhanyi,Lu Wei and Chen Guanglei to design a classification table of cultural items only for the "New Edition of Practical Audiovisual Chinese" series of textbooks.Starting from the description of the statistical methods of cultural projects and the data statistics of cultural projects,the cultural significance embodied in the Chinese project of "New Edition of Practical Audiovisual Chinese" was analyzed.After summarizing,it is found that the law of the distribution of the number of cultural items involved in the "New Edition of Practical Audiovisual Chinese" is that the Japanese knowledge culture is greater than the communication culture.Chapter 4 summarizes the textbook to present cultural projects from four aspects:texts,new words,pictures and after-class exercises.This chapter selects typical cases in specific textbooks from the four dimensions of “national” conditions,values,customs and daily life,and analyzes the cultural items involved in the textbooks.Chapter 5 analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the "New Edition of Practical Audiovisual Chinese" series of textbooks in the arrangement of cultural items,summarizes the advantages of the practicality,interest,pertinence,sociality,contrast and connection with the international community of the "New Edition of Practical Audiovisual Chinese",as well as the shortcomings of the incomplete category of cultural items and the exclusivity of mainland culture,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the preparation of the Chinese of Chinese as a foreign language teaching materials.Chapter 6 is the conclusion,which mainly summarizes and summarizes the full text,but also puts forward the areas that need to be improved in the paper,and looks forward to the research direction of this topic. |
