The Orchestral "Recipe" is created with "food" as the material,using Chinese spontaneous composition theory and western music theory as the creative guidance.It is the first to use the sour,astringent,sweet,hot and salty taste as the special orchestral color of Recipe.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which is an overview of the overall reason for choosing the topic,the value of the topic,the connotation of the five movements of the orchestra "Recipe",as well as the current research status and literature review.And the research ideas,methods and innovations of the research results.The second chapter starts from the composition techniques,takes the titles of the five movements as the starting point,and combines the technical theory with the music analysis to analyze the music structure characteristics,national harmony techniques,and theme conception of the work.National harmony is based on the pure five degree composite harmony system as the theoretical pillar of harmony in Recipe.The macro music structure is the structural logic of "Tang Daqu",which is composed of scattered sequence,middle sequence and broken sequence.The internal structure of the movement is mainly composed of double card style and joint card style.The idea of theme abstracts the "food" in the movement title into two categories: "flavor theme" and "food theme",which is the first.Music development techniques to discuss its innovation.The third to fifth chapters are characteristic chapters,which discuss the innovation of color orchestration techniques from the perspective of orchestration color.According to the foreground,middle ground and background of the orchestra sound,five kinds of taste colors are respectively integrated into it.The foreground is the most diversified configuration of color combination,which is a perceptual area,highlighting the color styles of different movements.The middle view is a logical and rational area,adjusting the depth of color.The background is the base to hold the color of the whole orchestrator.It is a neutral area,which includes perceptual color combination as well as functional and logical underlying processing.Since the development of orchestral orchestration,the innovation in techniques has gone to the bottle mouth.The attributes of instruments have certain limitations,but there are still many possibilities in the innovation of musicality or ideas."Recipe" is traditional in techniques and basic music structure,but pioneering in musicality.In the context of today’s increasingly strong cultural impact and integration,we should explore Chinese traditional culture and restart it with an innovative attitude.
