Research On The Application Of Sichuan Opera Elements In Animation Creation

Sichuan opera is a unique opera culture in Sichuan and Chongqing,with research and cognitive value in Bashu culture,art,history,folk customs and other aspects,and has a very unique position in the history of Chinese opera and the development of Bashu culture.In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy and the rise and development of new entertainment culture,Sichuan opera has gradually been marginalized.Like other local operas,there are problems such as audience reduction,performance market shrinkage and insufficient funds.As an art that embraces all kinds of rivers,the protection and inheritance of Sichuan Opera deserves the attention of the world.In order to inherit traditional Sichuan opera in the new era,it is necessary to use a way that is suitable for the current people’s life rhythm and aesthetic concept.However,the modern animation has become an art style suitable for all ages because of its diverse forms and styles,clear and interesting content.The use of animation to spread Sichuan opera is a good entry point for Sichuan opera to enter the public’s view in the new media era.Since the first animated feature film of China,Princess Iron Fan,directed by Wan Brothers in 1941,opera and animation have been closely related.The costumes,costumes,stage art,music and other elements of opera have appeared in animation.The application of Sichuan Opera elements is mainly reflected in the application of Sichuan Opera facial makeup,clothing,music,program actions,etc.to animation,forming a style of animation with Chinese characteristics.This paper consists of five parts.The first part studies the noumenon of Sichuan Opera,including its repertoire,its character modeling,its performing art,its voice and stage art;The second part is the analysis of the graduation creation "Picking up Jade Bracelets",which explores the application of Sichuan Opera elements in animation from the early stage script adaptation and style design to the middle stage animation role and action design,and then to the later stage music configuration;The third part summarizes the current situation of the creation of Sichuan opera animation by combining the case of "Qiujiang" and "Ask for a doctor";In the last part,according to the current problems and difficulties in the creation of Sichuan opera animation,the author gives some thoughts and suggestions on the development of Sichuan opera animation creation,aiming to provide "self-help" ideas for Sichuan opera and local opera culture,so as to help the inheritance and development of Sichuan opera culture.
