Relics,not only a valuable asset to cultural heritage tourism,but also a catalyst for cultural heritage advancement,are of great significance.The importance of assessing the tourism value of heritage resources has been increasingly highlighted,thus making the appraisal of their worth a priority.The first batch of national key cultural relics protection units,as well as national key protection units of ancient books,is the Dufu Thatched Cottage Museum.It is the largest,most complete,most famous and most characteristic site of Dufu’s whereabouts in China.This paper takes Dufu Thatched Cottage Museum as the research object to evaluate the tourism value of heritage resources assets.This paper constructs a new tourism value evaluation system of heritage resources,utilizing the travel A novel tourism value evaluation system of heritage resources is constructed in this paper,combining the travel expense and conditional value methods to assess the value,while augmenting the environmental economic value evaluation framework with the quantification of cultural heritage value for each component.The purpose of this is to provide a useful reference for the protection and development of heritage resources and assets,while also exploring the significance of cultural heritage value to the tourism value of these resources and assets,as well as the significance of different values.cultural heritage value.In addition,the value of cultural heritage is mentioned separately and its weight is estimated to illustrate the importance of cultural heritage value in non-use value,and does not affect the total amount of non-use value.Therefore,in the evaluation of value weight,the value type is always market value.First of all,this paper commences by introducing the pertinent ideas and fundamental economic theories,then compiles and summarizes the research history,material,and techniques of assessing tourism value of heritage resources both domestically and internationally and discusses the connotation,structure and evaluation approach of tourism resources value of heritage resources assets on the basis of studying the historical characteristics and resource characteristics of heritage resources assets.Secondly,it describes the general situation of Dufu Thatched Cottage Museum,and classifies and evaluates the relics and tourism resources of Dufu Thatched Cottage Museum.Finally,the tourist market is investigated through the field survey,which provides a basic data basis for TCIA and CVM research.On the basis of the questionnaire survey,the overall sample of the survey is divided into different travel expense intervals,and the tourism rate and tourist expenditure of each region are calculated respectively.With the help of SPSS software,the data investigated were analyzed and processed,and the recreation value demand curve of Dufu Thatched Cottage Museum was fitted,and the consumer surplus of tourists was calculated.The recreation value of Dufu Thatched Cottage Museum in 2022 was 586 million yuan,with a total use value of 694 million yuan.Through CVM design questionnaire,we calculated the willingness to pay rate,calculated that the median WTP of Dufu Thatched Cottage Museum visitors was 22.91 yuan,analyzed the correlation between various factors and willingness to pay rate and WTP,and calculated that the non use value of Dufu Thatched Cottage Museum in 2022 was 361 million yuan.According to the statistics,we obtained the distribution proportion of three reasons for payment motivation,calculated that the existence value was 122 million yuan,and the heritage value was 109 million yuan,The selected value is 130 million yuan.The value of cultural heritage accounts for 21.85% of the non use value,with a value of 79 million yuan.
