The Analysis And Interpretation Of Saint-Sa(?)ns Bassoon Sonata In G Major

Saint-Sa(?)ns is one of the most representative French composers on the 19th century.He composed a lot of works in various forms throughout his career.Most of his works used French romantic music elements.We can look into the strong French style and his unique way of composing.Saint-Sa(?)ns’ "Bassoon Sonata in G Major,Op.168" is the research object of this paper.Through the analysis and comparison of the works,we can understand the characteristics of the works and Saint-Sa(?)ns’ creation background at that time,perfectly interpret this work.This thesis will be divided into three chapters to discuss in depth the "Bassoon Sonata in G Major,Op.168" composed by Saint-Sa(?)ns.The contents are the introduction,the first chapter to the third chapter and the conclusion.The introduction describes the research motivation of this article;the first chapter will introduce the background of Saint-Sa(?)ns and his three different creative periods;the second chapter will make an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the composition techniques of the music;then the third chapter will analyze the performance and interpretation,Through the analysis of performance techniques and performance possibilities,and the comparative analysis of different interpretation versions,practice methods and performance suggestions are proposed;the conclusion is a summary of the analysis and discussion of this work.
