The population of people with autism is an increasingly large group,most of whom lack social skills,have intellectual disabilities,and are out of sync with the ordinary people in society.Most autistic patients require lifelong care,which puts enormous pressure on every ordinary family.The acceptance of autistic patients in society is also not high,and parents usually send these children to childcare institutions.The documentary "Sunshine Home" tells the story of a mother of an autistic patient who established a day care center for mentally disabled individuals-Heart Youth Sunshine Home,in order to provide a shelter for her child.In their homes,they break the shackles of life through their own efforts,constantly learning and growing experiences.This article analyzes the creative strategies of autism themed documentaries based on personal graduation works.The introduction includes the background and significance of the topic,an analysis of domestic and foreign documentaries on related topics,and research methods.The second part of the main text defines the concept of autism themed documentaries and elaborates on the current development status and characteristics of such documentaries.The third part is based on the theory of narrative strategy,analyzing this documentary from three aspects: shooting methods,narrative structure,and emotional expression.The fourth part summarizes the audio-visual language analysis of autism documentaries.The fifth part analyzes the ethical and moral issues during the filming process.The sixth part is a reflection on the experience in the creative process.The conclusion section summarizes the creative insights of autism documentaries and hopes to provide useful assistance for future documentaries on related topics.
